    That sucks ... it's crazy that science still doesn't even know the exact cause.

    The exact causes of high blood pressure are not known, but several things may play a role, including:
    • Smoking.
    • Being overweight or obese.
    • Lack of physical activity.
    • Too much salt in the diet.
    • Too much alcohol consumption (more than 1 to 2 drinks per day)
    • Stress.
    • Older age.
    • Genetics.

    Worst thing for me is I’ve done all of those! Except aging. But I’ve had blood pressure my entire life. So far everything I’ve hasn’t even moveD the needle at all.

    I don't think sodium is a problem in healthy people that exercise and do a lot physical activity. I would argue too little is worse, like dropping dead worse.

    I wish. More like I haven't reversed my age as a test. But I remember all my life whenever I'd go to the dr the nurse who would check me in would always comment about it being high.

    I've never used salt but started to for iodine supplement. Probably not enough to do anything. Since then I've stopped using it and just eat whatever is in my food. Last time I tracked I was under the recommended limit.

    I know who he is and I don’t care if they could be shorter or blah blah blah. I enjoy it. I like the pain and aches and lifting. It’s fun. Wouldn’t change it for anything even if i only needed to workout for 30 minutes. Everyone has to do their own thing
