I need to replace this little hose. It plugs into the intake manifold. It's the one people have complained about getting off the clamp and or putting it on with the manifold.

Its about 3/8" to 1/2" ID hose, 3" length.

The stealership could not ID it and I can't find it on Rockauto or a couple different toyota sites.

    Thanks

Not sure if it routes to that. But I already have the mechanical pcv valve in hand.

    Another picture might help

Take it to an Auto parts store they should have rolls of what you need.

Just use some fuel line or go to an auto parts store, they’ll have rolls of that hose

Get some 3/8 tube similar to what you have, and a 1/2" dowel. Taper the end of the dowel a bit while one end of the hose is sitting in some boiling water.
After the hose is nice and soft, stuff the dowel in and let it cool. Leave the dowel in the tube until you are ready to install it.

Seems odd the dealer couldn't find it. Maybe a different one / at the very least a different parts guy would have a better idea. Stretching a 3/8 fuel line to fit seems a bit janky for something thats probably only $20 from the dealer. But no doubt would work in a pinch

    Stretching might work.

The big end goes onto the manifold which is the end I'll have to fit from under the truck most likely.

I'll grab a couple different types of 3/8 and give that a go if I can't find a replacement.

So the following diagram calls the hose no3 ventilation hose. sounds about right. doesn't come up in a search thru toyota parts website or Rock auto.

if anyone is trying to help out here with this mystery, my vin is 5TENX22N17Z381289

an Engineering co-worker of mine says expanding a vac or fuel line hose probably wont work well enough to be able to slip it easily in this location. Few more searches and then I might just order that one from HPS.

    alright, I found it

Toyotapartsdeal.com finds it thru search, rock auto and https://parts.camelbacktoyota.com/ can't find it or allow me to find it thru looking thru lists

    https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/Pag...del=&Filter=()&Keywords=no+3+ventilation+hose
    https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem...89&Filter=()&Location=ventilation-hose,,12263

Also, oddly enough, the 3 hoses that go in/return from the heater core are hard to find / not on the camelback or toyotapartsdeal website but rock auto made them easy to find so I ordered them from there.
