    I assume it has a 4EAT tranny. Rallitek makes a Mount insert that’ll lock that bad boy down and make it flatter cornering. Real fun.

    Yeah. There's a lot of fun stuff you could do with it. It really needs to find someone who wants to soup it up and have fun. If I weren't selling nearly everything I own I'd keep it, but at this stage it's an unneeded vehicle. Any hot rodders out there needing a modern day pocket rocket?

    Any of you locals have remote start installed on your Tacos? Looking at the various systems trying to decide if I want to diy with a p&p kit or have someone local do an install.

    Bestbuy - Viper $230 + additional options
    Mid Atlantic Communications - $400 with og fob, $5-650 with 2way fob
    12VSolutions - $349 + options
    @Accessorides - $299 + options

    Any recommendations or issues you've had? Features you suggest?

    Some of the guys in the NoVA thread have remote start. I think @BFRT_King Ranch has the 12volt kit.

    Yes, good memory.. BTW, how is Arkansas and the new house?

    @apy_camper I have the 12volt kit and I recommend it. Install is easy - takes about 5 minutes to remove the floor sill, side panel and under steering column that needs to be removed. From there, it's literally just plugging it and then a quick program. Works fine, no issues. Only warning would be, be careful on hitting your lock button to many times. To remotely start the truck, you press the lock button 3 times. I have a habit of hitting the lock button twice to ensure it's locked. So, I locked the truck one night to walk into Target to grab a gift card. Came back out and the truck was running. I must have accidentally pressed the lock button it 3 times and was only in Target for 10 mins so it had no cutoff yet. Other than that, highly recommend it.

    Arkansas and the house are good. The new job is keeping me busy, and all the post cancer surgery follow up is going well. I opted to just do monitoring instead of going through chemo or radiation. All the tests so far show nothing trying to come back or anomalous. I fixed a couple of minor things around the house, and I need to fix a seal on the pool pump. I have the main seal that is most likely leaking, but I want to order the rest of seals/o-rings that I'm going to be taking apart just in case. I'm also hoping for a warm-ish day.

    I noticed one of my (cheap) Amazon lights on the front light bar is out, and want to replace before my state inspection is due next month. Anyone have suggestions of lights that are NOT too expensive that are quality lights? Rigid lights are way outside my measly budget.

    The law was changed this summer (I think) that no longer requires lights with a separate switch to have covers, but that would be nice to have I think.

    Come see me. I will give you a brand new set of the el cheapo Chinese knock offs. Not super nice, but works just fine.

    Awesome - thanks!

    Where and when? Heading out of town Sunday until Saturday, but might be able to work something Saturday or after I get back.
