Nice! It's been pretty warm for this time of year. About -5c (23f) or so recently, sometimes warmer. In recent years it's about -20c (-5f) around christmastime.

Speaking of, Imma be down in the Atlanta area over Christmas and NY. I woulda tried to fit in a workout or beer with someone down there, but I got a lot of family to see and won't have any time.

What about Jan-Feb in terms of temp?

I think the coldest I’ve ever run in is 15F. I can’t imagine the gear necessary to be out in negatives.
I think thats the only time super cold weather bothers me is when I’m out in it for extended periods.

I am having venison chili for my second breakfast and just figured I’d put on scoop of the eggs for a little extra.
I should add avocado per @Supra TT recommendations.

Ok... please don’t shame me too much but I don’t scramble my eggs in butter.
I just use EVOO spray :anonymous:

French scrambled egg philosophy or nothing!

1 tbsp of butter for every 2-3 eggs depending on egg size
