what is the use case for your truck. Sounds like air bags would be the best option.

A single aal would support the weight. A whole pack replacement is not cheap. Plus on a 2013 ide assume your leafs are in good shape, or I guess as good as shape as Tacoma leafs can be.

It’s my transportation,I have 3” step bars ,bull bars,3” step in the back , black a Fuel wheels, totally blacked out badgeless truck, I’m about to install the rollbar this weekend and the gangbox the following weekend , as it is now the suspension is nice it rides like a car but adding about 400lbs is going to alter that and I’m just looking at options , it’s definitely going to need some help , gangbox is to carry my tools , lasers ,worm drive, hammer drill, drill, screw gun, jigsaw, tool buckets......

Yes I added a leaf to one of my trucks in the past ( a few decades ago) and it helped a lot so I figured I’d ask here , I believe it was a fairly inexpensive thing to do too

When I was on stock leafs my truck would ride on the bump stops when I had my quad in the back. So I scraped that and added a new leaf pack. Now it maybe squats half an inch. Could I of gone a cheaper route... probably. There's tons of options out there.

Toytech AAL and be be done with it. Im running that with a shell, rack, fuel and still had a nice settle without any squat. Plus they are good ol folks from Colorado.

It sounds like you're actually going to use your bed - in which case I'd recommend a new leaf pack. The stock packs are terrible, and AAL's don't really do much for your capacity. I had a progressive AAL years ago and it didn't do anything other than provide a little lift while unloaded.

Dakars aren't super expensive. Sell the silly Fuel wheels if you have to. =P

Here’s a pic, and I’m a city dweller and that bullbar saved my front bumper numerous times, I have two light bars mounted inside of it

This. I did it about 5 years ago, still hanging tough. Couldn't be happier.
