    Although when I do make bacon I use the grease for my eggs.

    I may need to do the butter thing. I’m struggling to get my daily cals in and a slice of butter is a pretty easy way to add 100 cals.

    bought some yogurt-probiotic that has live culture in it so I’m hoping this helps. I guess it’s the brussel sprouts.

    edit: see bolded text in the quote above for context: Ive been tracking progress using how many situps I can do in a 2min span. For me its hard to keep doing situps for 2mins straight, if you need it harder just add time or go for a quantity, ex. 100, and measure how long it takes you to hit the quantity. Then track progress with that? You seem like a guy who likes to push himself with Ultras, 2500miles running, etc. thats why I am saying maybe track it like that. :shrug:

    I was off sick yesterday and today I still feel like trash but back at work today. headed on holiday vacation tomorrow.

    Everythings a matter of motivation and thankfully I found some today. Went from so unmotivated to get my butt out to workout that I needed a nap (took about a 10 min snooze) to kicking it pretty good! 4 sets of squats, 3 sets of T bars, 3 sets of dips, 2 sets of side laterals and 3 sets of straight bar curls. Felt quite alive once I got into it-Grab Some Iron Baby!

    Thats a good idea. See how many ab moves I can do in X time. Weighted mason twists are a good one.

    I also want to start doing hand stands and holding those as long as I can.

    It’s a joke. Cause lateral literally means side. So saying side laterals is like saying side sides. Or lateral laterals lol
