So I have a 2019 TRD Pro and am looking for a more aggressive look.
I don't want to F with the suspension. I have done the research on this forum which I am grateful for.
I'm torn between the BFG K02's and the Falken WildPeak AT3W's......
I will be doing some off-roading as well.

    Gonna go with 265/75/16.

Wildpeaks since you can get them in P load. Save yourself some mpgs and ride quality.

Get the KO2s if you’re putting your tires through a lot of trails prone to damaging tires. I think they only come in E load for that size.

The local DTD recommends not getting Falken WP due to vibration issues. I would stay away from them. I hated mine from day one. Trash tire.

1 set of wild peak , 9 sets of bfg at's. I have never had a bfg get a flat or blowout. Bfg last a long time on a light truck, however the sidewalls seem to dry crack prematurely. Ive got 2 sets of ko2 right no. 1 on 1st Tacoma the other on my f350. The only complaint is the ko2 needs alot of weight to balance. Ive never had this issue with the og bfg at or the ko. The 305s needed close to 12oz on the worst tire . 285s just over 8oz. Only 3k miles on the wild peaks, about half the wieght to balance though

    Grabber ATX over KO2.

Ran the KO2's for two years and slid all over in the rain/needed 4WD in the snow to go anywhere.

Been running the grabbers for a while now and don't slide in the wet. and didn't need 4WD in the snow going up to a local ski hill the other day.

If you're serious about just wanting a more "aggressive look", just find whatever tire you like the look of and get that.

But if you plan to go offroading with your TRD Pro (for the love of god I hope so), ditch the idea of P or C rated tires and stick to E rated all terrains. They perform FAR better in the dirt, are less prone to flats, and fair better when aired down (stiffer sidewall means they better support the weight with less air, etc...), and all terrains are still a great tire for daily driving (I've done it for ~15 years on my KOs).

I guess you could call me a BFG fanboi. I've had BFGs for nearly 25 years and will likely never buy another brand. I've NEVER gotten a flat with my E rated BFGs in almost 20 years. Last flat I got was from some really old 32x11.50r15" BFG M/Ts (predating the KMs) on my 1st gen 4Runner. I've run nothing but E tires, and for the first several years I had my Taco, it was primarily a daily driver. I'd rather take a 1 or 2mpg hit in MPGs than tear a sidewall on the trail.

Another benefit to the BFGs is that they typically don't require a lot of weight to balance them. I've seen C rated tires with more weights than my E's.

Yes, you might take a slight hit in MPGs (likely only 1 mpg), but did you buy that TRD Pro to drive to the grocery store or go off-roading with?

If you drive in the snow a lot I would stay away from the Wildpeaks, went romping around in the snow on thanksgiving and took them off that Saturday for some Duratracs.

You're talking about a performance AT tire in the BFG and a budget AT tire in the Falken. My buddy is manager at a Discount Tire and doesn't have any real good things to say about any Falken unless you are looking for cheaper tires. If you want to save a few bucks, get the cheaper budget tire otherwise, stick with the better and more reputable brand IMO. Just be careful here in the 3rd gen section where apparently the Falken Wildpeak AT3 are the best tires ever created since the dawn of tires themselves. Which is laughable.

If you drive in snow or on ice I would recommend Wildpeaks.
No issues with a smooth and quiet ride for 20,000 miles for me.
They are wearing evenly with a lot of tread remaining.

I've ran both in that size and prefer the falkens. I try and get off road a few times a month and haven't noticed any decrease in perfomance in the p rated tires. Falkens also are a lot less noisy.

We picked up my wifes lightly used lexus for cheaper than a lightly used 4runner.
