Depends on what you were raised with, my Mom and Dad would have been 98 this year if they were still with us, I was brought up on the 50s and old Country and Bluegrass..

Oh man, you guys are hearty souls for sure.. Just COULD NOT live in that..

We stopped the big ham and turkey meals several years ago and went to a Christmas Breakfast.. It works for me, don't have to argue with the misses on what we are eating for breakfast today!! :)

Good morning. Still looking for my motivation, didn't find it at the bottom of the coffee cup this morning. More coffee.

Unfortunately yes. But it means Friday is next. And next is good. Stand in line at the post office for what seems forever and all of a sudden you're next and it is a good feeling. Friday is next.

Hey work with me I'm trying here!

16 here and supposed to be 39 on Sunday. Don't see a single below zero for the next 2 weeks in the forecast. Last night at the retirement dinner everyone was hopefully that all the snow would melt and we may even have a brown Christmas. I'd be happy to see the bricks in the driveway again instead of packed snow and ice.

Crap wait a minute. If it gets above freezing in the day as all the snow melts it turns to ice at night when it freezes again and everything is a sheet of ice. Can't win, I see ice on the bricks in my future. Time to pick up some more ice melt, down to ~200 lbs.

Well, I had to take Coco for an unplanned vet visit. She got hold of an old carpet the other day and decided to chew on it. She got sick and I thought that was it. Well she hasn't been able to eat her food without getting sick. Luckily at the vet she got sick and up comes carpet. I had to pull a long string out her.
Vet gave (sold) me some special food and I have to add spinach to it.
Hopefully it all came out. If this doesn't work she get a a dog version of a colonoscopy.

I had that 8 track, same one as Stairway to Heaven, Zeppelin IV. And II, III, and...

No Heart on 8 track though, moved to those fancy cassette tapes by the time I started to listen to them.

    Afternoon Everyone !!! :hattip:

Well so much for my daily walk around my neighborhood . Not even halfway thru my walk which is less than a half mile I felt a sharp pain in my left knee and can barely put weight on it . Not sure if it's related to the hyperextention I'm experiencing but it was a struggle walking back home

Now sitting on my couch laughing at myself wondering how I'm going to get around now LOL !!! . I think my l/knee is sore from yesterday's PT session
