Ah. Well, I guess it's a habit of clarification because I occasionally do bent laterals. Today was standing laterals-hows that? lol

with that you can also track the weight youre using for your mason twist progress right? or do you always use the same weight? as for handstands, won't you pass out at some point? Also you could do handstand pushups?

No I could change the weight with time. I like that approach so it allows to me to reach and improve on goals throughout the year.

With handstands.... yes you may pass out at some point, and I sincerely appreciate that you think I can do a handstand that long but I can’t lol
Shit is brutal to hold perfectly straight and not be swaying.
Like a good goal would be 2 minutes.

No handstand push ups. I’m not a fan of trying to get my shoulder in that vulnerable position under my bodyweight.

Wife is hopping on the 5/3/1 train after taking a few months off the gym because of full time nursing and full time grad school. Testing her maxes today to see where she’s at.

I feel like I agree with the shoulder vulnerability during handstand pushups from thinking through what it will feel like though I've never tried it. I am still trying to get my not so slim self to continue on my slimming trend, which happens to include a weight lifting plan which is why I hangout here. :) I think handstands might be fun to try, but idk even where to start.

    let’s not get crazy

Marky mark has been jacked for a long time. He’s been shredded ever since he’s been in the spot light. I’d say he was his biggest during pain and gain, but to say “made him get jacked in the first place” shows me you don’t know nothin bout no Marky Mark.

I’ll admit you’re right on this one. I said get jacked cause he got huge for the movie but you definitely are more educated on him than I
