He would of lost later going around a corner or accelerating from stop sign. In my neck of the woods the first time he stopped one our upstanding citizen would have lessened his load.

I used to be loss prevention for Lowe's back in the day. You'd be shocked at how many times a day this happens. And how many times they come back..even if you catch them.

 

Personally, I think this kind of crap could be cut down to close to zero if companies like Lowe's and Home Depot would just set up tree stands with snipers in the parking lot out in front of the store...

Too logical... just add up the cost of all the stolen goods and add it to the price that we pay when we BUY things. That way no bloody mess in the parking lot, some folks get free donations of items, and they show an even higher sales figure for the year.
