Okay my bad guys for not knowing his life story. I don’t ever remember him being that jacked. Myyyyy bad. Fucking fucks lol

Can’t tell if hyper motivated or if super into jacked dudes bodies. Sometimes it makes me uncomfortable.

 

The dudes around here like swapping nudes so I’m not sure either.

 

Just hit a 315 squat deeper than welder’s vaginal canal. Strength came back quick after a long 4 months of once or twice a week bullshitting. Ready to put on 10 pounds and compete.

 

No workout yesterday, no time to do one unless I had gotten up and done one before work.
Woke up this morning all stopped up (nasal/chest congestion) and coughing up neon green slime, still have a slight cough and a little nasal congestion but I’m going to see if I can do day 3 (strength) of clean week, unfortunately I’m supposed to have dumbbells but I don’t so I’m using these as a stand in assuming it’s basic moves.
