Has anyone with an access cab removed the third brake light. I took the screws out and the came off easily. The rest of the housing didn't move. I didn't want to force it, anyone have any thoughts. A video maybe.

If you pull that without prep, like seal tape and such, you are risking a leak into the cab.

I got that, so after the screws come out is it just stuck on? There are no clips or anything?

Make sure that you have a new gasket before you remove it. The gasket has double sided tape on both sides. You'll destroy the old gasket removing the light. See the LED third brake light link in my signature for more . . .

Edit: No, there are no clips.

I have a kit waiting to come in to replace mine with 5 KC lights and a new housing unit. Much better looking then stock plus brighter. 3 middle red lights for break and 2 outside white lights pointing down in bed of truck.

Have you replaced your back up lights? What did you use?
