    Just saw this today.

    The Alpine PSU-300TCM Powered System Upgrade for 2016-2018 Tacomas
    Includes
    -45x4 Power Pack
    -120x1 8" subwoofer
    -Custom brackets on both pieces to mount in driver's side cubby behind rear seat
    -All wiring, including plug-and-play harness
    -Full installation instructions

    It's a bit steep on the price, coming in at $750, but for those who want a substantial upgrade and don't want a full-blown system or a complicated install, this can definitely be the ticket because all the hard work is done for you

    N-Fab Podium steps, Katzkin Leather, painted bumper, Method MR315 Machined 17 x 8.5, Toyo Open Country A/T III, Fox 2.0 front and rear
    I had looked at this but it’s pricey for what you get. I can find the amp for around $150, sub for about $200 and you can buy the Metra harnesses for about $20. I guess for the guys that are intimidated by the wiring, this would be a good option.

    Yeah for those of us who can handle the “hard” part of it, this is on the pricier side for sure. But as an electronics installer, I am willing to pay good money for someone to do my mechanical work because that’s not my specialty. This is a great option for the people willing to pay for good electrical work because it’s not their specialty.
    And there’s something huge that happens when people install their own equipment, even if it’s pre-made. It’s a big confidence boost

    Agree 100% although I’m somewhat intimidated by the wiring. That’s pricey especially for what you can buy it all for separately. That being said with the help from the all the board and @destin_meeks I’ve done several first time installs in the last month and am happy with them. They also gave me the confidence in doing the t harness myself although im somewhat dreading it lol

    Sorry y’all but here goes. Just need some confidence here so I can do another install by myself.

    I do have a question for my install today as I researched a lot last night here and YouTube. I’ve currently got a powered sub installed into my non jbl factory tapped into the right front speaker wires behind the head unit. I’ve got the kicker key similar to the alpine power pack to install and audio control lci2 Loc w accu bass and I’ve also got the Rockford Fosgate rp equ loc. In order to get my powered sub filtered or converted and my two fronts how would the simplest most effective way to do this be? I’ve read several hours and the more I read the more anxiety I get about it bc some of the info seems contradicting to me. Should I tap into the same full range front speakers again behind the head unit that my powered sub is tapped into but before it’s tap with lci2? In doing so will this automatically take care of both the speaker tapped into and the powered sub? Sorry y’all but any help would be appreciated or a diagram. Also I’ve still got the key and Fosgate loc to use. Where the heck do I tap these? I would rather keep the items all small in dash but if under passenger seat would be better or easier to control the units n the future that’s no problem. My powered sub has a wired remote hooked up. Will it control everything or will I need to mount and wire the loc remotes and have 3 different remotes to control them all?
