    I go to the fitness connection over in Cary off Kildaire. Seems like they run promotions waiving the sign up fee like everyday two weeks hahaha. Heard the one in Raleigh is a bit nicer tho.

    I used to lift at fitness connection off Glenwood it was nice. It was a golds gym when I joined but I guess they got bought out. I’ve been to the one you go to in Cary and I remember thinking that one being a bit small.

    Hit 242.2# last night... this is by far the heaviest I have ever been. I feel it every day. My lower back is always pumped and tight, none of my XL's fit anymore. Shirts sit halfway up my damn neck. Need to move into 2XL's at this point because the XL's are just damn uncomfortable. Pumps are ok, strength is ok, but I am tired and get winded quick at this point. Flexibility is going to shit even more so now as well.

    Shooting for 250. I'll be too much for my body this round by then. I doubt I see over that, but if I do - so be it. I cut very easily so I am not concerned about that.

    I was aiming for 250. Most i've ever been in the past was 231. I didn't want it that bad back then though. I was also very fat compared to what I am now.

    No timeline? Aren’t you usually on a schedule ? Like 6 weeks left or anything? Has your planning and food been adding up right and this is where you should be at this point or were some things off/had to change? Curious about that.

    Great questions.

    My timeline was to hit 250 by February, this would give me 2 months to try and maintain that weight ( +/-5 ) and to help my body recovery from the shit I ran to get me here. Once you're there - it's about intensity and food not so much the other shit.

    Cutting after you reach a weight will immediately result in loss of weight too quick and ultimately, brand new muscle you just built. My food has been about what I expected. Roughly 4200-4500/day with free meals if I want. I don't let that restrict me since I am bulking with enhancements too.

    I would say I am right on point for my weight. I have gained about 10# a month which in 5 months would land me about February and at 250.

    Precisely! Doesn't help I eat those damn things too lol.
