Only by an inch or two depending on my shoes lol

He has been accused of lying about height though... So realistically he may actually be like 6ft even or less. Who knows. I think WSM initially listed him at 6'1" when he first started.

Either way 400+ lbs, fuck that.

400lbs basically means you squat 400lbs every time you get out of a fucking chair.

Walking down the hall is like me walking down the hall with a 240lb vest on (wouldn’t we all like to see a video of that?)

I seriously want to know what this brahs BMR is because its got to be insane.

I am surprised he is still alive, and if he wouldn't have quit after winning WSM I think he'd be dead by now. Being 410lbs+ and being on ungodly amounts of test/tren/hgh, while eating 10k-12k cals of shit food a day was his life for a while there. Its just insane.

He is still around 365lbs I think? BF is like 22% if I remember right, but that's from his own saying. I really think he has those visible abs because his organs have grown so large that they are pushing out that much lol

I wonder if these guys ever get to be like 45-50 and look back and wonder if it was all worth it?

Like Alex Honnold and his free solo of El Capitan. If he slipped, what would be on his mind as he plummeted to the ground?

Yea, this is the extreme I talk about. There is just no way, no matter what, he is healthy inside. The 2-5iu and sub 3g of gear I do is nothing compared to their 15-20iu and 12-15g of gear. This is also why I don't want to be a BB, their level of usage is just beyond stupid. I do a lot to monitor that I am staying healthy. Can you imagine 20 needle sticks a day?? LOL

I almost wrote 65 but realized that probably was a fucking stretch. Like these guys, if they have kids, may never live to see their grandchildren.

Its all about what you value, and I’m not putting them down its just something that comes to my mind.

The sacrifice made to say I did X.

Even the Iron Cowboy. Probably took 5-10 years off his life expectancy to say he did 50 Iron Mans in 50 days.

I guess it’s worth it (atleast in the moment) to most and they may get older and regret it but for now... having an awesome 50 years is better than a plain 80years

I think most of us feel the same. Die at 65 and have the title of the first man to ever deadlift 500 kilo or die at 80 with normal.

he said he would do it again if he could. That was the moment he was living for.

I’ve got kids and would love to have grand kids one day. But if I knew I had a realistic chance at pulling 500kg and taking 20 ish years off my total life. I can’t say I wouldn’t want to do it. Hell I’d sacrifice the middle child for 454kg and I’m not too far off. But honestly I don’t know how much more I can handle. Running over a 2g combined during peak weeks, going to a chiro weekly having to look into having both knees done, already having one shoulder done and about to have the other one next year. Lower spine injuries. It’s starting to add up fast. I may very well be accepting my highest pull at almost 850 and calling it my all.
