I think I’ve been there. Bought a bunch of knives for a girlfriend’s graduation present. Pretty solid pricing.

@TWSS, just an update for my SS if he asks. His presents were ordered earlier this month. I’m just waiting for them to arrive and they’ll be sent to him.

As much as I can til' my wife blocks my Amazon account...
I can make a day between Knife World and Buds gun shop across the street

Edit: If you get back up there check out Iron Mt Metal Craft in Pigeon Forge. You can forge your own knifes. I suprised my son and scheduled a time there we made some cool knives out of Rail Road spikes. https://ironmountainmetalcraft.com/

My father-in-law works for theknifecenter.com at the warehouse in Thornburg...they don't have a walk through store but have a ton of inventory. The only thing I don't care for about the Pigeon Forge store is their stuff is so scattered you end up digging through the junk knives to find the better quality stuff and never know where to look for it.

Amazon van was stolen in Fort Collins a few days ago too. It was found in Denver but no word on if any packages were missing. I hate thieves

@TWSS I know there's still a few more days, but the note i received said to expect a second package. First package was received over 10 days ago. Just want to let my sender know in case he/she was expecting something to be delivered to me. Thank you

I thought this thread was about to go in WHOLE different direction.

My son watches a lot of the The Office on Netflix, sorry.

@Choco_Taco there's a forge in North Stafford, veteran focused non profit, that offers free forging workshops for veterans. Various classes, but making your own railroad spike knife (shank) is one of them.

I was thinking of arranging something with the local guys to attend one of their upcoming events, or organize a TW veterans class with them. I'm not a veteran, but could come as a guest and have done a class at the forge in Richmond.

Might bring my dad up there for the Jan class for his birthday.
