We checked out of our hotel at 11 and went straight there. We might have been 20th in line. 10 minutes before they opened they brought out a magnum bottle of "A Transfiguration of Conscious Avarice" for everyone inline to sample. Pretty cool of Burial to do that imo.. DSSOLVR was my favorite brewery we visited this trip. They brew some killer IPAs and a very cool location. Hours kinda suck since they open at 5 most days.

Have you tried champagne yeast? It’ll chew through a lot. Might change the beer (dry it out) but if your going to pitch it out anyway...

I have not. I’m actually about to bottle it though. I’ve talked to a couple guys on HBT and they got me sorted out with English beers. Will be redoing a mild in the coming weeks to try and get it right. Cheers!

Brewing up a Munich Dunkel as my first lager. Will be fermenting warmish with San Francisco Lager Yeast. We will see how this one goes.

Came home to a hell of beer shipment!! Thanks @Beer:30 and @relkins0413. PROPER way to start 12 days off! Last picture is to show the carnage these things took to get here and how much beer buds appreciate the shipments. Happy holidays all.

Looks like everything made it in one piece. Hope you enjoy!

Edit: @Beer:30 if you haven’t received yours yet, your Christmas Cookie still has the SFW label over top the NSFW label. It peels off very easily.

Nah, Hightower. Nano spot outside of Wheeling, WV in Ohio.

Also; you guys see 450 got popped for selling <3% ABV? Someone tested an XL can and it came back at 2.6%. 450 put out a statement saying they’re going to test but LOL
