Awesome, right before the road trip tomorrow too. I don't have good luck taking my truck up to Santa cruz, last year it was the wheel bearing. I'll keep a close eye on it and look into it when we get up there.

It comes and goes, but today it was more prevalent.

Yeah sounds to definitely be in the belt drive system. And if belts and fan thing are newish, the other pullies left, tensioners, the alternator, AC, etc. I swear I've had a whir since owning it but it's always done it and hasn't got worse in these 3+ years or either. But I'm 3RZ but same principle....
But if you pull the belts off, you may be able to tell by spinning the pulleys by hand and might feel something amiss, know what I mean?

The 92's water pump was screaming when it went. Didnt help that the idler next door wanted to punch out at the same time haha. Still have that pulley. Bearing is seized up real good lol. I was terrified of driving it home that day, remember it real well.

'Scream' is a good way of describing it...when my rpms get up there it does sound like a scream. Son a bitch I was going to order the timing belt parts after the holiday and get that all knocked out after xmas lol.
I'll keep a close eye on it during the drive tomorrow and watch temps, once we get up to the rental there I'll make some calls and get it looked at on Monday. Maybe I'll just roll into the shop that did my wheel bearing last year and say hi...again.

At least have them confirm if it is the pump or idler pulley if not something else.

I was eating Mongolian beef lol more important. Also wrapping my gf's presents. I suck at wrapping lol. Oh and just to be a sick bastard that Miguel thinks I am. I wrapped her a mop, dish rags, a apron, her new rifle, a handgun, laptop and finally a 1 pound Reese cup pack.

Definetly a bearing isnt happy then. Could be anyone of the accessories or the wp/idlers. Hope for the latter, their easy/cheap to replace.

Also, you have really crummy luck when it comes to road trips in your taco haha.

It was for a humidity sensor.
I never had to test anything that small before. But my boss got me the meter because he wants me to get into vfds and ems systems

No so the trouble shooting guide from the manufacturer just said “ measure current draw. If its between 4-20 it is fine.” Gave no chart for humidity - current reading
