    We raised all of our kids in N. Az and plan to stay as long as they’ll come home.
    My wife is going to pick up the oldest and middle daughters up in Phx on Tuesday. The boy and our youngest (and most independent) will show up as they feel necessary.

    Here ya go:

    4 pounds of ground beef (cuz it shrinks)
    Two eggs
    Crackers 1 package
    Lots of pepper
    Garlic salt
    Mustard

    Mix all in a bowl. There should be a smell of pepper, mustard, garlic.

    Put in a 9x8 glass casserole dish. Cook at 350 until crispy edges.

    What part of Arizona? Headed there this weekend to meet with family.
