Chewy has awesome CS. Received a shipment that hadn’t been packed the best with cans and dog biscuits, several of the cans got the sides caved in and we contacted them and said how many cans were dented. Without a question they resent the entire order. If I remember correctly it was like 7-8 cans out of a couple cases

Agree with you there. We had ordered a different food for Boomer as he matured from a pup to adult. It was the "same" flavors he loved in his food, so we "knew" he would like it an ordered a large bag of kibble.

He would not touch the stuff, occasionally give it a sniff and walk away. We contacted them to let them know he refused the food. No questions they offered a full refund or our choice of different brand and flavor, which they shipped that day. They also asked us to take the food he did not like to a local shelter, which I happily did.

    Very impressive.
    Excellent customer service.

Barkbox also has great service and will replace almost anything in the box for you. Though are not quite as openly forgiving and generous as Chewy.

Could have been a bad bag of food. Had a pup that wouldn't eat her dinner, but ate her before bed treat. Wouldn't touch her breakfast, but ate a biscuit. Picked up a different bag of food on the way home, put down a bowl out of the original bag - nope, wouldn't touch it. Put down a bowl from the new bag and poof, it was gone - she was starving. Have to trust the pups.

Great to hear. I've been ordering from Chewy for a while now without any problems. Good to know they provide good customer service.

She’s a very big girl. And her back and hips are the squarest I’ve ever seen in a GSD. Talking to “experts” they say that she is from a Russian/East German line that was intentionally built to be big and strong. Even in her age she’s ridiculously fast and when her hackles are up she gets about three inches taller.

I had a bag shipped that was open when it got to my house. Didn't know if it was torn or something ate it's way through. Uploaded a picture to the help chat and a new bag was sent out that day, no charge to me.

Yep. We picked her up at 8 weeks and she’s now 8 years old. Best trail dog we could ask for but a bucket FULL of neurosis otherwise. We really love her despite her craziness.

I’ve had two in my lifetime and they were both lap dogs! So shitty that they get such a bad rep due to bad owners.
