All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Putting my PakRax tailgate insert in shortly. I will you know my thoughts shortly.

Wow beautiful work. I just make simple thing as I just have simple tools but I'd love to make stuff like that of I had a planer. Looks awesome. Did you make the what I assume is a tree shaped book shelf too?

Thanks man. I still have lots to learn.

Most all my tools are basic too. Simple can get most jobs done with the right approach. My planer is a hand held one. Just takes more time and attention to blade depth/pressure applied.

Someday I’d like a dedicated work space rather than pulling out/putting up all my tools and work tables in the driveway when I work on a project.

No that tree book shelf is some kit my wife bought. I just assembled it :anonymous::(

    PakRax Tailgate Insert
Does what it looks like it does, give you a flat surface for camping. For the money it was a good investment.
@state48overland had then, makes a nice stocking stuffer.

Thanks for posting this man! I have been looking for a lightweight, economical alternative to the mountain hatch. Will be ordering the same one soon.

Where are the good fire service roads closest to Atlanta? I need somewhere to exercise the 4WD/locker on the truck so that things stay oiled, but this truck is completely stock and too new for me to ding up yet. Haha.

Just put in 4wd, engage the locker, in the neighborhood :notsure:

I understand doing so on dirt is more fun, but if it’s just to keep things lubed you don’t have to be in an off highway situation.

Yeah, I’d been doing straight slow runs in the parking deck at work, but I would like to get out a little bit if possible just to have a fun time with it.
