I have put 25,000 miles on the Tacoma in 7 months and hated the seats since I bought the truck.

I was skeptical that these would make that much of a difference- but wow - 10 min install and it feels like a different truck.

I should have bought these months ago!

Hey Steve, After months of reading about these, I finally ordered Two Pair. Can't wait to check out the experience all these others are enjoying. One question: Do you need a torque wrench to install them? Thought I read that somewhere. Anyways, thanks a lot for offering these. Patrick

Some time ago I did the washers-from-the-hardware-store mod to raise up the back of the seat, and I thought that was a significant improvement....maybe I should be raising the front as well with these custom spacers.

I always felt like the back of the seat was too low...

Thank you for the order, I'll get it shipped today. Regarding the torque wrench, technically you should use a torque wrench but i'm betting the majority of folks who install there own mods don't use a torque wrench.
I hope they do too! I'll be shipping all orders from yesterday afternoon today.

Thats the nice thing about our rear spacers is that you can dial them in perfectly. The front Seat Jackers are not adjustable.

    Seat position is very subjective.
I just installed the fronts driver only for now and I think that's all I will need.

Ok this is the best mod so far. When I first sat in my seat after installing I was thinking it was to high. Took 3 short trips around town and absolutely love my seat position now. Toyota totally dropped the ball on the stock seat position. My bottom feels more supported. My back seems more supported. Loving my truck more and more every mod.Ovtune, pro grill, front seat risers totally different truck!

I agree with @ExploreBackcountry. Id say less than 10% of people use both but those that do use both are very happy. I'd start with one or the other depending on your biggest concern/gripe.

Thank you! The only thing I can think Toyota was doing is keeping cost down. These Front Seat Jackers fit Tacomas and 4Runners (4th and 5th Gen) so its no surprise they haven't changed mounting or seats in 15 years.

    After Christmas bump.

Through 1/1/2020, use coupon code "TACOMAWORLD1" to save 10% on front Seat Jackers, rear Seat Jackers and Multimount Panels.

Just placed an order for a set of risers and accessory mount with the discount code, thanks! Finally have a good spot to install my fire extinguisher too, that is reachable in the event of a post-collision fire.

Just purchased, order #1524. Looking forward to a more ergo seating position to help with my lower back pain.

I linked a slick quick release mount on the MMP product page but almost any mount should work.

Thank you all for the orders. I'll drop them off at the post office in the morning.

Hi All, Help educate me a bit here. My brother has a 2015 Hilux which has the same ground clearance as my 2018 Taco. However, when you sit in the driver seat of the Hilux, you sit higher than the Tacoma. I like the feeling of sitting high off the road and the viewing angles that you get feel great. Would the seat risers here help with that? Would I need front and rear or just front or just rear? Thanks.

Another happy purchase. Quick shipping, nicely packaged and nice quality. Install is simple, but I appreciated the included instructions with socket sizes, etc.

Like others have mentioned, there is a noticeable increase in thigh support. I have intermittent back pain, so I like to keep my seatback in a more upright position. After installing, I adjusted my seatback forward (towards the front of the truck) another notch or two and found this to be more comfortable than before. Doing this, in combination with the higher angled bottom seat seemed to give more lower back support as well.

Sitting higher also gives you a slightly improved field of view out of the front windshield, in my opinion.

I'm 5'10" with short legs (30" inseam) and weigh 225.

The highlighted areas are where the adjustments were made and the blue area is where I feel added support in my 4th grade drawing.

Most people find the comfort and seating position they like with just the fronts but some do get both front and rears. If you like the higher, more commanding view you might like both front and rear. But yeah, a lot of pages of good feedback. I do get about 1 out of 75 returned due to incompatibility, but its rare.

Dude you rock, love that diagram! Happy to hear they are working out so well for you.
