That sucks, luckily was just the ditch light wire.

I wouldn’t think anything could get in there, the hole for the light is small.

I actually think it got in on mirror side between mirror and housing. It had to be small.

Nope. Looked all over. Have no idea when it happened. Haven't used those lights in a while.

That’s good that there were no other signs. Hopefully it was pretty recent.

I’m the same way, I think I’ve used them more from my Switch-Pro app than actually inside the truck. lol

Nice! I have been putting this off for so long. What did you use the 5/8th heater hose?

    Hey guys,
All this pressure before the holidays but in the total scheme of this, this is such small potatoes. The body shop called today. So far, just by looking at things before they start taking everything apart, it looks like there is over $12,000 dollars worth of damage (so far). What a mess, but like I said, in the total scheme of things, this is pretty insignificant.IMG_9085.jpg

Bedlights installed today; inexpensive eight unit, eight LED/unit set. Makes loading and unloading camera gear at night much, much easier!

Wired up to a pin-switch so they're instant-on when I open the tailgate. I also added an interrupt switch (the blue one near the bottom of the pillar) so that I can turn them off with the tailgate open if I want.

Put some of these under your truck by the tires. They kill every mouse in the neighborhood, they take the bait back to their little rodent families

Slapped the Meso Turn Signals on just before dark. Much brighter than OEM and looks nice too! They seem really well built. For $100 they're pretty spendy but all in all I think its a worthwhile modification if you're looking to increase safety and style at the same time.
