I haven't but I can tell visually that they have shrunken. The window seals I guess, like you're saying. I live in desert though as well so maybe if I saw enough rain they'd leak

Yeah mine clearly have shrunken and they've been removed once when it was repainted so that didn't help at all. I'm considering buying the solid glass and doing the windoors instead since those seals cost almost as much anyway

In terms of usefulness? That would be hella more useful. Well I guess not for the dogs, but like for pulling stuff out and putting it in the back, especially if you have a tire swing out! The swing out becomes a pain to have to do on a daily. But those windoors could plenty useful

CA xmas tree farms have some skimpy ass trees but we found and cut a 12ft one for the rental house we're at. Wouldn't let my nephew handle the saw so I had him whack at the trunk with a stick for 10 min so he felt like he contributed lol

I would do a fake one if it were up to me just because real ones are fucking expensive just to buy something thats going to die in a few weeks and get thrown away lol. But my wife loves the real ones for the smell, and they do smell good. But not $100+ good imo

I agree. It was a Christmas tree farm, we weren't poaching random trees

Depends on where you go. Every year would head up to the Santa Cruz Mountains and hit one of the local tree farms. Never had a problem finding a nice tree. This year though, Home Depot tree lol. Trees from some tree farm up near the Oregon border. Not bad at all.
