Really dumb question. When my third gen Tacoma is in drive and my foot is on the brake, this causes the end of the exhaust (towards the tip like last 12 inches) to flutter/vibrate? There are no sounds coming from it at all, and I wondering if anyone else has noticed this or had the same experience. Any info would help. Thanks!

It's fine, the engine is loaded from being stopped by the brakes. If you put the truck in neutral does the exhaust still vibrate?

I'm guessing he has a passenger side mirror.

I was driving behind a family member who was driving my truck. Just confused because the vibration happens at the tip and it looks like a hummingbird’s wing but obviously slower.

That seems like it's vibrating more than it should. Might want to check all the exhaust hangers.

I’ll check. It just seemed odd. Could be normal for a taco for all I know

Yeah, i don't remember seeing other 3rd gen tacos with vibrating pipes, which is why it seems like something might be wrong.
