All corporations are trying to maximize profit, nothing new.

At least you could have made everybody excited and said its better for off roading or something.

Fortunately it’s much easier to add intermittent wipers than it is to convert to rear disc brakes! Good thing too, because variable/intermittent wipers are far more useful to me than rear disc brakes!

Isnt it one of the few car makers that still offer that on the base trim? I mean nothing wrong with that, its just funny they still do that.

My work van, 2015 savana has manual windows, power locks,:)cool::cool::cool:) and has intermitent wipers, go figure. What a fucking pig on gas tho...

If you are towing a 5K trailer you should have brakes on the trailer no matter what brakes you have on your truck.
These disks brakes stop just as good as discs on other trucks, only reason people don't like them is they can't figure out the puzzle of putting them back together.

This is the one that gets me, no way that it costs more than a few bucks difference to Toyota. Instead I paid 120+ shipping for an Intermittent stalk for my SR and worth that to me.

The Chevy Express and GMC Savana vans all come standard with power windows and locks now, but tilt wheel and cruise control are extra cost! Intermittent wipers have been standard since the models were released in 1996.

Yes, I am a GM nerd...

I didn’t realize my Taco lacked intermittent wipers until two days after we brought it home!

Yes you are right, they even come with that fancy little screen in the rear view for reverse camera.

Good trucks, very reliable, just very thirsty.

When you buy a truck or van, you acknowledge that it’s gonna have a bit of a drinking problem before you make your first payment (or simply before the ink is dry if you pay cash)...

Back in 2013, my boss rode in my truck for the first time, and she was shocked when she saw that my 2010 pickup truck had manual crank windows!

About 4 or 5 years ago, I saw brand new Chevy Express 2500 cargo van at one of the local Chevy dealers. It was red, it had the 4.8L V8 and a G80 locking rear differential; It also had A/C, AM/FM stereo with AUX input, power windows, and power locks, but no tilt or cruise!

Huh. Mine has manual windows, no cruise control, manual transmission, manual hubs, manual transfer case, no abs....but it does have intermittent wipers.

No ABS in 2000?!?! Not even rear-wheel ABS? Even the cheapest Chevy S-10 in 1993 had standard power brakes and standard rear ABS, even when intermittent wipers and a radio were extra cost options!
