    Labor is going to outweigh the cost of new axles.

    It’s possible if you could take the boot off and install new ones with fresh grease that’d be a option. If it were me I’d replace them I know it sucks but better to do it now then have one explode at hwy speed possibly causing havoc or leaving you stranded with more chit to fix.:annoyed:
    I’m dealing with a leaky steering rack now to Jon I feel for ya.

    Hmmm... I guess I need new CVs and the ECGS bushing. I assume because you mentioned doing one recently that you already have the tool. I may need to come out to CCC before HF. Opportune time.for.me to learn the valuable skill of changing CVs anyways

    I've got the tools. If you wanna change CVs trailside, you'll need:
    1. Big ass prybar
    2. 3# sledge
    3. Big cold chisel
    4. Screw driver
    5. 35mm socket
    6. A contraption to operate said 35mm socket
    7. Torque wrench
