Went for frame inspection on my 2011 and poked around the lot at new 2020's....pulled the trigger on a TRD OR.....delivered today.....My buddy wants in sooo bad...but its winter and...those paws....

I need a fast cheap seat cover solution, my reserve fleece camping blanket is a bit sloppy, will do Clazzio's in the future....we now have a double cab...but he really likes the front seat...hes claimed it.... my wife gets the whole back seat for herself.....lol....

Meet Boulder, 1.3 year old 85Lb lab.... he loves his truck rides....hes been riding with me since he came home....

He clearly deserves the front seat.
Sorry I don’t have a recommendation for a seat cover I’m actually looking for something myself.

I have Carhart, yeah it doesn't fit like a condom, but they don't take an afternoon to remove and reinstall after cleaning.

Check Amazon. Paid 30 bucks for this. Most of the time it is in my wifes corolla as she takes the pooches to the park, but it works well in the taco truck as well.

yea saw those back seat covers but that will work better when hes older, and yes the Carhart is for sure on the list.....he gets in on drivers side so first contact is on my seat...so yea Carhart is up there I need to take them off easy....I get random calls from granddaughters that need rides...and, well...he sheds...alot...

Costco has some pretty cheap neoprene ones, that's what my Dad uses. Not a great fit but they work to keep dog fur and mud off the seats.

You should be careful with dogs in the front seat. If the airbags go off, they are probably toast. I put my dog in the back and use a seatbelt adapter to secure his harness.

My goal is to get him to the back seat, just as you say. Hes young and wants to be close to me....biscuts.... by summer he will be a back seater so the wife will join us.....I need to test him in the back now that I have room. Hes too big for the access cab....

Try to keep him in the back. Chewy has a good variety of seat covers. I just got one for $9.14 on Chewy sold by Pet Parade. It fits over the headrest very nicely.

Ive got 3 dogs, 2 of them are rather LARGE dogs... With the tacoma i just kept the biggest one in the back seat and let "not quite as big" one ride shotgun. But he is very well trained and listens to all commands... The monster i had to use a seat belt leash to actually keep him in the back seat, as he wanted up front too, and would try and climb his bag ass up there even with the other dog... Not safe at 60mph LOL

In the 4runner ALL dogs go in the back. I put the seats down and they have plenty of room.

Quite a few things at this point..
When my wife isn't riding with me, our dog rides up front. I just take my backseat cover, fold it in half and use it in the front, works fantastic and beats buying both

Along with that I have gray rear door panel guards (for the drool) that I purchased off of Amazon.

Max, now a 95lb White German Shepherd is the back seat driver....as you can see by the window sticker and personalized plates, it’s his truck. I just get to drive it when he wants to go somewhere!

Your dog seems wonderful!!!! Good looking face!! We are into Schutzhund GSDs - have been for many years (current one is in my profile pic), though we do not compete now. As you transition to the back seat (because of airbags) - I'd like to suggest looking into an Schutzhund Agitation Harness. We have used these to secure our GSDs in all of our vehicles for many many years. The nature of these harnesses make them ideal for securing into vehicles. The nice ones will have plenty of options to either pass a seat belt through or use a strap attached to the back seat anchor - we attached with mountain climbing hardware/clips. It is very easy to quickly attach and release. These harnesses evenly distribute weight on the animals body - rather than the neck. FYI a nice agitation harness will run around 100-300. We fold our back seats down and have a thick wool blanket down so he does not slip (I've used moving blankets too)...I also have the fitted Carharrt seat covers on front and back but he is more comfortable with the seats s down. Leerburg.com makes a nice one and so does activedogs.com Sorry for the long note.
