proflowers ended up making a booboo
my sister received 2 sets of flowers last evening
i know that i called to cancel the 2nd order when i found the first online order went through on my card
the customer service must not understand my english very well and caused confusion?
checked my card activity and the canceled order of $63 was refunded
but she received these flowers
do i tell her she needs to send the others back when she already opened them

 

That looks like all the 1st Gens on Craigslist. All over $8K.

 

I’d call and pay for the other flowers or atleast call and explain what happened and offer to pay.
