    I've recently discovered I have a station 8 miles from me that has 91 octane ethanol free.
    Much better for small engines, or so I was always told.
    It's true.

    I have a Generac 5,500 watt generator with a gummed up carb.
    I found out when preparing for Winter and tried to start it.
    I used to use the generator all the time when I was in the business of trimming houses.
    Now it's for backup when the power is out, which happens a few times every Winter.

    I never went to the trouble of finding real gas.
    Though I always added Seafoam or StaBil.
    Now I need a carb rebuild kit. :annoyed:
