    Hey guys,
I Finally just received my 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro and I’m noticing that I don’t have the options I thought I would have gotten with my Pro package. I can’t find the full list of options on Toyota.ca but Toyota.com shows that they should be included.
First thing is the TRD Pro all season mats. I’ve received an original Tacoma winter set and summer set. I’ve watched many videos of them saying that’s new for 2020 but not mine.
Next is the rear Parking sonar. Simply don’t have it.
finally, the LED bed lights. This may be an option, but I thought it was included with the TRD Pro.
Has anyone in Canada ordered and or received their TRD Pro with the same options excluded?
Is it possible that Toyota Canada has excluded these items or could they possibly be missing?
    Thanks guy!

I believe Canadian Tacoma's are equipped differently than US Models.

They are; read a whole thread about it on here last night. If I can track it down, I’ll post a link.

Bed lights are a port-installed option I believe. I don't have them either.
I have just the rubber Pro-branded mats, no extras.

Interesting about lacking the parking sensor. Do you have a blank switch spot then?

    Thanks!
Yeah it’s a great ride! Loving everything about it. I’ll probably be a poser for a year or so until I get comfortable enough to actually take ‘er off road but so far I love it!
Yeah blank spot for the parking sensor button.

Did 2016-19 Canadian Pro ever had sonars?

To be honest, I turned mine off anyway. Between the multiple camera angles and just paying attention it wasn't necessary for me. Just an annoyance. It would go off when I still had ~3 feet of space or even backing into a spot with nothing behind me.

Can't wait for the holiday crap to be over so I can end my poser status, too.

No Canadian Tacomas have parking sensors, just the limiteds now (thanks 3joh22a)

Thank god, they suffer on the tundras from simple bumps and rocks.

Haven't seen a bed light or a factory tail gate lock on a Tacoma yet either.

Tacomas now all have mud flaps, but when they came out the American models weren't equipped with them.

Same with block heaters. Canadian models have block heaters installed at PDI.

All Canadian Toyotas come with carpet and rubber mats, meaning the special TRD pro mats are excluded. (the 1794 Tundra gets the special mats though)

Lastly, the manual Tacomas, even TRD do not have TPMS.

It does appear the parking sonar is on the Limited trim only for 2020, along with the power tailgate lock.

Do you have blanking plugs in the bed for the lights? Your truck at least may be wired for it, so you could purchase the bed lights and plug & play.

Thanks for all your help guys! Yeah maybe I’m not missing out on the parking sonar then. Would have loved the TRD Pro mats tho! Wonder why things like floor mats and safety features would differ from the American Pro package. If anything, we’re paying more (set aside the $ conversion).
I think I was just paranoid and had a conspiracy that maybe since I purchased it with an employee discount that they wanted to save money by deducting a few of the options to make up for their little profit.
Either way, I love the ride! I’ll take some pics shortly, thanks again guys!

Yes, CA vehicles are different specs. I once bought a Tundra TRD Pro. The one thing I wanted was the larger gas tank (it's a Tundra after all). I knew the TRD Pro in the US had the larger tank. I wasn't told the truck I was buying was a CA model (bought it brand new, 6 miles, from a dealer that buys modifies and then sells the trucks). Well, I was disappointed a couple weeks later when I do my first fill-up and found out that I had the small tank again. Did a little research and found the CA TRD Pro Tundras didn't have the larger tank. CA also doesn't (or didn't) have Entune...which wasn't a big deal, it sucks anyways.
