What's your actually obtainable parts wish-list for 2020?

I just got my 2020 500 miles ago. I'm looking to do basic stuff and then drive it to figure out what I "need" for my use case.

Parts: (**Updated after the communities recommendation and research**)
    - OEM Toyota rubber Bedmat.
    - RokBlokz XL mudflaps.
    - Softopper.
    - 17" 2020 Tacoma Pro Rep's 265/70/17 Wildpeak ATW3's
    - X-Bull traction boards (2 sets)
    - VI 88P Air Compressor and ShellShock Inflator/Deflator DIY setup.

That's "all" I've got for now. As @Shellshock put it, I want to spend more money on experiences than parts. So hopefully I will get a decent amount of quality trail time in this year as well.

Edit: For those curious, it would appear I can get all of the above done right at or just under $3000.

Since most folks remove their mudflaps, you might look for used ones in the BST forum.

You are taking the right approach. Target what you need when you know what you need.

My “obtainable wish list” would include an OEM 2020 entertainment unit with Apple Car Play, but prices are ridiculous so that one will stay on the wish list. More realistically, I’m finishing an above bed storage solution project.

OP, if you are looking at bed covers, check out the Rugged E Series. I’m very happy with mine:

OEM bed mat is a must have IMO

I’d skip OEM flaps and get rokblokz. They are flexible and provide better coverage.

May also consider a softopper depending on what you plan to use the bed for. I like having covered space cab high but I can also install or remove very quickly. For regular bed covers, I much prefer something solid like the 3-4 piece folding ones.

    Love my wildpeaks and maxtrax.

Interesting note on the soft topper. What are the "top brands" when it comes to soft toppers? I have not considered it, but depending on how easy it is to remove and replace them I would consider them for sure. I have looked at the rokblokz before and wasn't sure if they were worth the coin as they seem to be easily two times the price of everything else. May be a maxtrax situation where they are just worth it. I will see what @Cudgel has to say and if he can't find his OEM flaps I will take a more serious look at the rokblokz.

Ahha! LoL I took it as you meant soft toppers in general. I will take a look.

As for the wheels, I think I'm convinced on the 16's for sure. Just uncertain which brand.

I have a set of rokblocks that are in great shape that I ended up taking off of my truck if you would like a discounted set! They are all black and in great shape.

Lovin' the Softopper. Bestop is the other big brand, and I believe that they recent bought Softopper?

Each has certain advantages (stupid easy folding on the ST) and minor disadvantages (no 3rd brake light option on the ST). I did make my own brake light though. Pretty easy.

There is a folding animation on the ST homepage and videos. It is as fast as shown. From there, pulling a couple split pins and the ST is off the truck. It is also worth mentioning that the ST folks were great to deal with for a recent GB. They even kicked in the discount even though we fell short of the goal.
