Depends on the weather. Since it can’t decide if it’s cold or warm recently I’m carrying a sig p365. My cold weather carry is Glock 19 with holosun 507c. 5C57CDB4-BADE-4DD6-B81D-30D5BCA431E3.jpg

+ 1 for the P365. Everyday year round except when going to bad areas, then the P320 comes along too.

lol. I did an ex-duty frame since it was a zero loss pistol. It wasn't hard to do, came out well (not as slick as that though) but....on a new frame I would have been nervous!

I have a little S&W 360J, 38 snub nose, that I carry in a Mika pocket holster. My employer forbids carrying a gun, so I have to keep that in mind, and be creative sometimes. But if I’m able to carry, the little 38 is in my pocket.

I also have a Kahr TP9 and a Shield 45 that I carry sometimes, depends on the season and how I can dress. Even then the 38 is still in my pocket. I recently bought a Glock G48, and ordered a Vickers Tactical Edition G43 on a Black Friday sale. I need to put lots of ammo through these two Glocks and get comfortable with them. They may replace the Kahr and possibly the Shield 45.

If I’m out in woods, I often carry one of my 44 Magnum revolvers. I’ve killed feral hogs with a S&W Mountain Gun and other, bigger 44s. I even killed a cow elk with a Model 629 Classic with a 6.5 inch barrel. The new 5 shot Model 69 is one I’m using more and more in the outdoors.

In the truck ALWAYS is a Steyr M9-A1. I keep it in an emergency bag in a cheap nylon clip on holster that also carries a spare magazine. If any of you are interested, an AR-15 carbine split into upper and lower halves fits in a sawzall bag, most of these bags also have plenty of pockets for magazines and room for a lot of other stuff. Stealthy way to bring along an AR.

Somebody earlier asked about the Smith & Wesson M&P 380 EZ. My wife took an interest in concealed carry recently, and we’ve tried everything we could get our hands on for her. The M&P EZ is her favorite auto loader. The only other one she can confidently operate is the Walther CCP 9mm.

But she prefers the Ruger LCRx in 38 Special over everything else. She has two of them, one lives in the console of her car, the other lives in her purse. We got some good advice from the lady who taught her concealed carry class. Women get a lot of advice on what is a “ladies Gun”, but keep in mind that if you ever need to use your CCW piece, it will be an extremely stressful situation, probably at night so it’ll be dark, and you may have hands wet with sweat, rain or even blood. Choose a gun that you can confidently manipulate in those conditions. That’s good advice for us men too.

solid advice. My gf was given the same advice and she carry’s a Glock 43. She had a lcp2 and it was too hard to grab in a timed shoot. So we sold it and she got a bigger gun. She also sometimes carries my 365 if I’m carrying the 19.
