I went with these ones. They are pretty bright but not bright enough to feel like they are blinding.
Even came with a small tool to access the lights which was nice

Here is a long ass video of Sidewinder here in SoCal. Sorry it’s so long but it’s good footage of the trail if you were on the fence of giving it a go.

This is epic! Amazingly well shot and edited; you captured every obstacle really well, and from different perspectives throughout the video. Great soundtrack too.

I hope to have my truck ready for Sidewinder someday...

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. Next trail video we do do, I’ll break them into smaller videos. But that trail is rad!

Ouch! I have learned my lesson over the years to turn off the traction control when dealing with mud. It kills the throttle and has gotten me stuck twice.

It wasn't the traction control that got him. Dude had his locker and crawl control on still got stuck. Gave it the business though, truck shut itself down on a high transmission oil temp warning. Tha
Yea, Bud was stuck in there good. Locker and crawl control couldnt get him out. Finally got the winch when the truck shut itself off for high trans temp.

Momentum in key and traction control kills that momentum in mud. Been there done that got the tshirt. Crawl control is only good for hill decent and getting unstuck from dry sand. Hold for a few seconds to disable.

.... yes. His traction control was off, if you'll notice the 30 ft mud geyser... his RPMs were very high...
