The furnance guy has my quote at $4200 for a new furnance and central air unit, seems like a decent deal.

 

I havent been there in couple years now, so i have no clue.

I'll say...

Size and brand play a big role in that; My Grandma had a Carrier 4-ton 2-stage heat pump and variable-speed air handler with 15KW electric backup heat installed at her condo back in 2015; About $7,500 if I remember correctly!

 

The last time I went to Canada, I didn't even have to have a passport!

 

2,500-3,000 square foot house with central A/C, on almost an acre of land can be had for $500K-$600K around here!

 

Wow, i think I read off everything he had written on my estimate and it seems fair.

 

BTW, the Mustang has 81,200 miles, i double checked today.

 

Is the one you got a quote for a 2-stage A/C unit and variable-speed furnace? I'm guessing it's a single-stage based on the price...

 

Its sad, a lot of young families are leaving because its just too freaking expensive here and they cant make ends meet. One of the most expensive car insurance, gas and housing in NA here.

 

My Tacoma is a 2010, purchased new in September 2009 with twenty miles; I hit 80K miles sometime in early 2018...

 

So you're thinking of moving to another part of BC, moving to a different province, or leaving Canada altogether?

 

Those are the prices on vancouver island, where i wanna move. Thats quite affordable.

Funny thing is they do hahaha!

Everything costs more here man, thats why all i could afford for now is sema wheels, bfgs and window vents haha! I drool when i see all these modded trucks on TW.

We also went to an aquarium in Vancouver, BC on that trip...
