It’s on your phone. It has all the manuals and complete service history. It also allows you to input your own service records.
It is not at all associated with the connected services new for 2020.

I'm aware. It doesn't have what I'm looking for. Thank you though.

Again, none of thosee are what I'm looking for. Thanks though. I want the complete technician's manual. You obviously think I'm talking about something else. I appreciate the valuable inputs, but what I'm looking for isn't found in the app. I already have those.

Forget I asked. If there are any Toyota technicians out there that can get me the repair manual converted to a PDF, please PM me.

There is a pirated 2016 copy floating around the interwebs. It's not the easiest to use, as someone just copied every TIS link, and then stuck them together. Unfortunately, the way TIS is configured, it difficult to getting a conventional service manual out of a subscription. Wish Toyota published a conventional hard copy service manual, I'd pay good money for one.

TIS is difficult to navigate and would be much better if you just purchased the subscription that's available. I use it on a daily basis for my job and find it a real PITA (especially on the older stuff).

Add me to the list of those who would like to see this. Or at least a verified useful source.
I've been a motor head since I bought my first motorcycle in 1970. It is disheartening to see how few owners have a clue about any think beyond bolting on parts for appearance. I've had the truck for three weeks and still don't have a good schematic of the engine and transmission.

Maybe try the local auto parts store? About a 100 manuals near the cash register at our local Auto Zone. As a last resort maybe try a google search on the web? If looking for a pirated copy I suggest Tor and the Dark Web.

Not being a jerk, but why in the world would any normal person need a schematic of a transmission or engine on a new Toyota?

I'm not sure I can answer that without being seen as a jerk.
This will be the first vehicle I have owned in 50 years that I will not be doing the service on ( at least until after 100k miles). I have built motors for cars, trucks, and motorcycles ( and lawn mowers and go carts and.....) I have repaired or rebuilt various transmissions up to fuller 13 speeds. I have some idea how they work.
I don't do nearly so much these days, most recently I replaced the throw out bearing in my 2010 Forester as well as the clutch plate since I was in there. I replaced the timing belt on that car and the water pump since I was in there as part of the 112k mile service. All that in a gravel driveway. Divorce sucks.
I probably won't be doing so much with the Tacoma since the electronics tend to make me want to feed that problem back to Toyota. But, and this is important for you to understand, I am almost impossible to bull shit about things mechanical. Knowing the systems well makes me even harder to bull shit. Service managers hate me. It has been a good long while since the last time I met one who was doing anything but blowing smoke. Asswholes who's only mission in life is to separate you from your hard earned dollar while simultaneously screwing the mechanics working for them. They don't get any more of my money than absolutely necessary because I know better.
Since I can read a schematic, it is much easier than taking the device apart and reassembling it. Also, the manuals at the parts store are of (wildly) varying usefulness completely unrelated to how much they cost. Is why I included the phrase
I guess I'm not normal. Nor do I have hoofs, so I am likely not a sheep to be sheared. In that light I am certainly not normal.
Does that answer your condescending, wise ass remark disguised as a question?
Oops, I guess I am a jerk. At least we have that in common.

OP is requesting the factory service manual, the service and repair material prepared by Toyota for dealers. The material is available to anyone as required by right to repair laws via Toyota TIS website, for a subscription fee.

Last I knew Toyota doesn't have hard copies anymore, digital only via TIS. The material is broken into the smallest possible pieces, roughly 7000 individual sections per vehicle.

It's a pain, 12+ hours, but one can grind through the entire list, converting to PDF and merging them in order to create a complete manual.

There is no single PDF. It's many many separate PDF's. It's why you don't see it merged into one, on top of the legal aspect.
