    Grand Cru is made with a different cherry. Nothing to do with the length of time it sits. It's a different beer, but similar to Mad Elf.

    Angel got me a 2013 bottle of Mad Elf. I wanna drink it but want to hold on to it too.

    When is comes to that type of Belgian you may want to try Weyerbacher Merry Monks. It’s like Golden Monkey without the spice. Much better IMO.
