I got lots of fender flare clips. It's not the clips. It's the tabs from the fender flare. Thanks though.

So the question becomes: what’s the best way to get them off without breaking them!!?? Now I’m paranoid....

The best way I guess is reach your hand from under the hood and push the fender flare clips out. I did not do this for the driver side, which was the first side I did. I pulled from the outside of the truck and broke the tabs. On the passenger side, which was the side I did last, I reach my hand under the hood and push the fender flare tabs out. Also, the instructions even said to do this method, which I did not read. So I blame myself. Reading is fundamental. I hope this help you out buddy.

Not necessarily. You can order a new fender flair and that'll take care of the gap.

Agree with above post, Meso mirror lights v4 match pretty good in brightness to these headlights, much better than V1.

Radio silence from TRS since the 19th. I understand if they're gone for the holidays but a heads up would have been nice.

Keep us updated. I'm having the same issue on my passenger side and I have reached out to them via email this morning already.

I emailed them about a defective fog light on Tuesday and got a prompt response with instructions on how to get a replacement.

I have to destroy my defective light and send them a picture and once I send that to them they said they will send me a new light. I am going to send the pic after work today. They have been very prompt with their replies, especially considering the holidays.

UPDATE! I called the company earlier today and paid a refundable $450 deposit so that they can send me a new passenger side headlight. Once I receive the new headlight, swap it with my defected headlight, ship it back to them and once they receive the defected headlight is when they will refund me the $450 deposit. I hope this info helps you and other members out.
