I just replaced the chrome tip on the exhaust for a black one on my black truck. It just looked stupid IMHO having 1 piece of chrome on an all black truck. Some people like chrome others do not.

Today we look at the letter C like Chrome......

 

I love chrome, thats one of the main reasons I have not gotten new wheels yet.. its hard to find a chrome (or polished) wheel that I like.

Way back when you used to be able to have a chrome package put on your new FJ40 or FJ45, which was pretty stylish - chrome bezel, tow hooks, front bumper and sometimes windshield hinges and mirrors.

I don't care either way about chrome. I'm not going out of my way to add it but I think trying half ass to cover it looks like crap after year so, meh, whatever.

I think a little bit of chrome looks good on a black vehicle.

I did not like chrome bezel in the front grille of my taco, because it made the front end look bigger, so i derped it. But everything else, like the badges and chrome in mirror turn signals look good imo.
