Anyone have photos with gray soft toppers? Can't find one anywhere.

 

That 2020 OR grille is far and away better than the previous versions... I'm still not sold on the headlights aesthetically. For me its BHLM 16-19 TRDs > 2020 LED > chromies. The full wrap DRL makes the headlight seem smaller to me and when it's off, it looks like an old neon tube. I think if the DRL had a slight tint to it would fix my stupid aesthetic gripes.

First road trip in my new taco. Only 2 months old, but I love it! The parts list is growing though and fast lol.

drove down to Arizona from Vancouver, BC to see my family for Xmas, stopped and camped out over night at Bryce Canyon in Utah so I could go for a sunrise hike. I love this damn truck.

I like the Access Cab. Our child is grown and we have other vehicles with full-size back seats.
I want the 6' bed for its camping potential, but I do not want the longer wheelbase of a double-cab.
At first I thought I wanted Super White because it would be coolest in the summer sun.
But the more I look at Cement Tacos the more I like the way they look!
And it occurs to me that Cement is really not that dark of a color - might do OK in the summer heat.

I wonder if any Cement owners would care to comment on how hot - or not - the Cement color gets in the summer...?

 

In sunny California we’re all like... regardless of my cement color taco but I still love it!! And would highly recommend it.

I had my dealer did the coated paint protection from bumper to bumper, which was non-negotiable for $499 for 2 years and scheduling to return every 4-5K miles for reapplication if needed. I would NOT consider removing the OR 4x4 stickers. That is what gives it a mean looks and 10k more than SR5 stickers with selective features available only for it in the first place. And it turns heads when driving down the streets. People can go aftermarket w/ badges, stickers, lights, shoes but they are not quite the same anymore.

 

Love those wheels with it!

Ha ha yes that is my issue on here as well. I would of never bought actual frame mounted rock sliders or aftermarket off road wheels if I hadn’t been on this forum.

 

@crookedcoast If you buy any thing for your truck look for codes on here or find a sales representative that sells what you want. I have saved $900 on the last 3 items I have bought for my Tacomas. An ARB front bumper $300 off plus free shipping. Wheels $400 off plus free shipping and rock sliders $200 off. There are some good connections in here.

 

Thanks I'll definitely keep that in mind. I have some modest plans for the spring, mainly wheels and tires. Maybe a replacement for the stock "skid plate". My issue is getting anything shipped to rural British Columbia...

 

Finally had a chance to get my lift, tires and wheels installed this weekend. I love how it turned out!
