If so, I’d find a new dealer.

After being sick all week and missing reps on squat and bench, I finally had a good day. Needed 490x5 and got 495x9 on dead’s today. Followed with 3x5 Pendlay rows, 3x10 rdls, 3xfailure pull-ups and 2x10 ghd sit-ups. Feeling nice and fat from all the Christmas eating.

The ER was never able to tell me what I had but fuck it was awful. Hit me like a freight train for 4 days then left me with a cough which left me with this Costco-itis or whatever.

My brother texted me two days before the family Christmas saying one of his kids had pneumonia and the other had croup. I said fuck that shit I ain’t goin.

Nasty shit has been goin around.

I know what you mean. In July of 2018, I was in the middle of doing some pull ups and felt some kind of weird "twinge" inside my back, right between my shoulder blades. I ignored it and continued with my routine. As the next few days progressed, I felt an increasing amount of pain in that same spot and it got really intense if I moved my arms or neck in a certain position, like head-checking before a lane change, for example.

Long story short, it took something like three months to finally go away. Every time I would try to work my upper body, it would flare up and I would force myself to just stop and wait it out. It's tough to break the routine, but sometimes it's the only thing you can do.

Well I’m frustrated because I’ve got surgery planned next month. If everything goes perfect I’ll be out max 4 weeks.
I got sick, lost a week and a half, then dealt with a weird over use injury, then this. Dear God please just fit all this bullshit in my 4 weeks surgery recovery! I want to be marathon ready the day of surgery.

I aint got time fo dis shit!

It does suck. But I’ve cut way back on my cals and I’m doing OMAD so hopefully I don’t get fat.

    But this too shall pass.

Super excited this morning. Pulled 95% 2x2 DL, didn't struggle with it at all. Next week is a deload week followed by some new PRs. You guys can keep all the sickness stuff to yourselves.

Speaking of, just had mine done today. The lady said I'd have results tomorrow but that sounds impossible as I've never had results back under a week on anything.

Especially if doing E2 (which is a must) . Takes minimum 3 days. Never had it quicker... If it was just test its quick, but e2 is much more detailed

Nothing, I don't go to them for hormone related items so they never know. If I have concerns with something I know which tests they run, it's rarely ever hormone, esp test.
