So about a week ago i hugged my friend and she lets go and backs off and says that i'm shaking and i stood there perfectly still, not moving at all. so i hugged her again and she told me that she could still feel me shaking, i wasnt cold or nervous or anything like that. i didn't think much of it but she said that she was worried and said i should go see a doctor.

Today i took a nap in my bed and i have felt it for about a year now where i can feel the mattress moving and i am laying perfectly still, and that got me wondering if that was from the shaking that my friend was telling me that she felt.

Ever since she has told me i have noticed the shaking in my hands and so has she, it's rare, and a very light shaking.

i was just curious and looked online for uncontrolable shaking and the thing that came up was parkinson's disease. just seeing that scared the shit out of me, cause it says that the symptoms are progressive.. even though most cases are in older folk.

I know i am overreacting i know it, but just from what i have seen online scared me and i want a second opinion. Thanks:)

Could also be your diet. When I drink Ginseng I get the shakes (like you describe), needless to say I stay away from that stuff now. It also happens although not as often when I take Creatine but as Janster said, go see a doctor he'll tell you what's up.
