    I think the dealer is avoiding the issue. They saw the video, that should be enough to start a diagnostic...let us know how it goes...

    Update so in case someone has a similar issue turns out it was my phone charger. They gave me a loaner camry and the exact same thing was happening and the only constant variable was the charger. Once I took it out it stopped and when I plugged it back in it reoccured

    Ya it's a great charger, bought it back in 2017 and still works fine, well except for that issue. I have plugged into my work truck now lol
