I hear it's a great product. Hope so. But be prepared to be patient in going through the acquisition and registration process. I'm approaching a month and still am not in possession of the keys needed to install. The process needs much improvement.

Did you email us the registration?
We have been closed since the 15th, but will be doing registrations this weekend.

Normally we are much, much faster

It took me less than 8 hours to get my reg key sent. Send him a message on zendesk and include all required info that it states in the install video. Maybe you left out information or possibly the message was skipped over?

I’m a 2019 trd off road owner and performance wise there’s a large gain from what I feel. Even used wife and kids to test it out by just taking them somewhere (town or something) and soon after rolling onto highway I floored it and they all said whoah!

Whatever gains there are numbers wise it’s noticeable but not going to make your v6 feel like a v8.

It might be time to INSIST that your "dev" gets them to you. This reflects on your company, not this nameless person. Great product is half the equation. Great customer service is the other half and you have to have both. A month wait is simply ridiculous...and it pisses people off.

You sent your registration info on the 21st, and our website reflects days we are closed, holidays, weekends etc.

So you haven't been waiting a MONTH. You sent your reg info 7 days ago, thats 3 business days ago (excluding 24th, 25th)

And our website reflects 15th to 5th we are down.

So relax, you'll get your key. People take holidays, including our developer.

Must be the bah humbug type. Especially around Christmas. And he stated multiple times he was closed. Not to mention breaking his arm to top it off.

My credit card was charged on December 1st. I didn't get my package until the 19th or 20th, almost 3 weeks. I sent in the registration request via email on the 21st. Tomorrow will be the 29th...... That sure smells like close to a month to me. So glad you're all happy with your service. I'd love to hear how long the people who are slagging me here waited for their software. I'm willing to bet it wasn't 4 weeks. I tried direct emails. Never got responses from OVT, so I made few comments to them here because that's the only place I get a response. My comments weren't directed at any of the people who feel brave enough to slam me behind their keyboards, nor did any of you know any background before you shot from the hip. Excuse the crap out of me, saints. I stand by my comments.

You should specify the month? Are u talking nov 21 or dec 21? If since you just say the 21st we are all assuming December and you do realize anything in this month and beginning of january can be slower than usual due to holidays. Get a grip man. You sent yours in 1 day after I sent my email into them for my HH and Im happy to wait patiently. Its not like your truck is broken and desperately needs ovtune. The best thing you can do is just email zendesk again if you dont get a reply after say a few weeks. Mat can and has sometimes looked over emails and it can happen since the guy gets probably 100s of emails at a time/day. His customer service is great and patient is all you need.

3 weeks seems pretty reasonable....The guy had a BF sale and had over 150+ orders. You do realize things take time and youre not the only one right? Do you not understand holidays and business days or what?

guessing you didnt read the instructions until you got the package. you should have sent in your computer code when you got your order number but you waited till his shop was closed.

This is on his website. "OUR SHOP WILL BE CLOSED FROM DEC 15TH - JAN 5TH 2020."

i dont understand how you are in a position to complain
