Taking off the front bumper pretty easy without damaging or scratching the paint?
I don’t want to misaligned anything, break clips or worse scratch the paint

It's not hard to do. I put painter's tape on the headlights, the flare clips, and anywhere I thought could get scratched, or could scratch something. There are a few videos on youtube to give you a step by step on the removal process. For me the most tedious part was removing and replacing the blue clip that secures the fender flare.

The blue clip is the toughest part. If you look closely you can see it near the painters tape and composite wedge...

Does the adhesive from the fender get separated?
No issues making it stick back on?

just did mine this afternoon. You stop short of the adhesive when popping the fender flares off. You only need to pop the three clips everybody shows in the videos and the adhesive starts just after that blue clip. So no issues.

And yeah, that blue clip was a total pain in the ass. But now that the lights are on I am thrilled. They are fantastic!

This is how it looks today. I've added the following so far:
    • OEM LED headlights & fogs
    • TRD skid plate
    • OEM remote tailgate lock
    • OEM bed lights
    • TRD 4runner rims & Duratracs (incl. black lugs and valve stems)
    • Bakflip MX4 tonneau
I'm still considering adding a PRO grille, but I don't mind the OEM gray grille so no hurry on that one. So far I haven't been satisfied with any of the mounting solutions for moving the front cam and don't want to pay over $1k for all OEM replacement parts. But I'm sure I'll add that one way or another. That's the last major/expensive upgrade I plan on doing. :)

I'd rock the new grill over the Pro.

TVD Vinyl actually has the emblem cover in gloss or Matte black, but you'll need to PM him because he doesn't offer it on his site. https://tvdvinyldecals.com/collections/tacoma

Any tools used to pop the blue side fender clip?
Or just pull outward on the fender?

It seems like my drivers side headlight is angled slightly higher than my passenger headlight. Where can I find the adjustment screw/knob on the 2020 headlights?

To remove the blue clip, turn it 90 degrees and it pulls out.
There are a couple toward the rear that have to be pulled out bot most turn turn 90 degrees and they come right out.

Thankfully the one in front is one of the easy ones.

Finally installed the '20 Pro lights. Ooooohhhh, they are nice! Light output 100x brighter almost equivalent to HIDs without the crispy cutoff. Definitely worth it and its OEM.

I'm trying to get to these lights but have too much end of year shit to deal with. I did, however take a snap of Mike's harness for anyone interested. Hopefully by New Year's Day. Harness.jpg

Just wondering are these led lights have bulbs that can be replaced if they go out or is it built into the housing and would require a whole new head light?

anyone know the part numbers for the 2020 led pro left and right lights?

I don't think there are any user serviceable parts. Likely the polycarbonate will deteriorate before the LED's burn out and you'll have to replace the entire unit(s) anyway.
