    Taking mass quantities really doesn't help.
    Taking 2 tablets the same time every night, and following the same bed routine. If you take it for to long or, too much. Your body will stop making it naturally.

    I backed up all my cabinets with 1"x1" wood, longer screws. This helps a lot with the doors not falling off.

    Depending on where you plan to reside (RV campground or ??), having a couple electric heaters really helps with the propane bills. Installing skirting around the bottom helps as well. However, I wouldn't only try to run electric heaters. The duct work acts as a floor heater and keeps everything from freezing in the floor, so keep that in mind.

    For the love of all that is holy, make sure if you plan on staying in an RV park, don't keep your black tank open to drain all the time. I had a buddy do that over a week long trip...he had to replace the tank since he had a paper log inside.

    It's not really a sleep aid..... it really just help the body get in line with making melatonin at a certain time naturally. Hence the point of taking it the same time daily for no more than a week or two.
    I take tylenol PM as a sleep aid
