Got around to installing my @Baja Designs SAE Amber Fogs. Just hoping my Black Friday rebate still works since the SAEs were put on hold. Drove around last night with the headlights off... these are crazy bright! 20191228_162453.jpg 20191228_162502.jpg 20191228_214333.jpg

Amen to that. Worked my way through the trade from the late 1970's. Retired from that trade years ago. Next thing you know I have a machine shop in my garage. Old machinists never die but the trade seems to be dying. Now someone that can push buttons on a cnc machine are considered machinists. When I started out the first thing I did was hand grind turning and acme threading tools, out of 1" tool steel, on a bench grinder. Now you simply change carbide inserts.

Torque is not for the nut but for the stud/bolt. Toyota manual says 83 lb/ft. More than that is what cause bolt/stud stretch or fatigue.

There is no issue with fitment with the Huskys. They stay in place and trap a reasonable amount of water without out it overflowing. Then easy out, easy hose off and back in.

Does anyone have a tip for removing the rear weather mats on the double cab? I find it's next to impossible to get them out without leaving dirt on the floorboard. :crapstorm:
