i don't have any pics, but there is one out there, i'm sure he'll post it later. we were stopped on a hill because i couldn't make it up and nowhere to backup and turn around, both trucks were stopped and mine decided to take a sleigh ride downhill...

i only have a vid of my getting pulled up the last bit of the hill. it was a shit show, 2wd and snow/ice don't mix...thank god people with more brains than me were there to help me out

 

Jason - thank for putting out the call. Fun day. I got a couple decent landscape pictures to share .

 

Yeah. Used my traction boards to get him up 4 feet, stop, reset the boards and do it all over. Once we were half way up the icy hill I took the tow strap out to pull him up the rest of the way.

Glad you made it back down the hill ok.

Its fine, lenses were cracked anyways and i was going to get replacements. Hope you can get your rear tailgate fixed.

Also did the second group ever get pizza at lake arrowhead. I was circling trying to find parking until me and one other guy bailed.

place was packed when we got there. We ended up heading down the hill and ate in Rancho

 

Ah ok, couldn't reach you guys on the radio so i decided to head home.
