I put in kicker 6x9 dsc6930 in doors and tweeters . I have static in highs . It sounds distorted lows seem ok, and voice

Did you just replace the stock speakers without changing any wiring or adding any crossovers?

I think the factory speakers are "capped" at the speaker. If you're sending full spectrum signal to your tweeters, that would explain the distortion.

Well there you go... I think the simplest option would be to install a capacitor in the tweeter wiring to block the lower frequencies. I'm no expert, so I'd have to research what size capacitor to use.
