Installed the AFR pro dry s filter this a.m. and really noticed a difference in engine performance. I have a 6spd TRD quick shifter and my engine really seems to breath easier - nice punch when I hit 2nd gear
I've got one ordered for my 4Runner:)

What did you have prior? Was it stock, is it still stock, CAI, ??? Curious...I have the TRD CAI & with the oil filter. Does anyone have any performance stats one vs the other?

+1 for this. . .I have it too.

I replaced my crappy TRD Filter from my TRD CAI box. Once i replaced it, I noticed a better feel on pull and also sound!

I just cleaned it and it was a breeze to do!

just installed my pro dry s yesterday in my 2001 trd double cab....AWESOME! Just enough extra oomph for me...felt a LITTLE slow of the line before the swap. I don't hammer the gas and now I don't need to! When I get the deck plate done i'll be laughin..

i used to have one on my yukon, but havent had the chance to get one for my taco yet. didnt really notice a difference when it was on my yukon, but im still getting one anyways. if it doesnt help in hp, at least i know it'll be the very last filter i will ever buy. really saves a lot of money over time

Streetsideauto.com is where I ordered mine and I don't know if the coupon code still works but you can try it. The code is "save". It should come out to about 54 shipped.

I have noticed big differences in my 4 banger since adding my Pro Dry and removing the resonator and carbon filter. I can hear the air roaring through the intake now when I am accelerating.
